How does the gift voucher work?
Each voucher is valid for one use, expires in two years, and is non-refundable. The eye examination voucher can be used at the opticians after the examination. Vouchers with a nominal value can be used at the opticians as well as online for all goods and services and also the professional eye examination.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
When paying at the opticians a unique code from the voucher must be presented. With online orders, the unique nine-digit code must be entered into the “Apply code” box in the “Basket” section. If the total is higher than the voucher value, the customer will pay the difference. If the total is less than the voucher value, the rest of the value is forfeited (the voucher is valid for a single transaction only). In case of a return of goods purchased with the voucher, the price of the goods is returned on a new voucher in the value of the returned goods.
Gift vouchers delivery
If you have purchased a physical voucher, we will also send you its digital form. The digital voucher is sent immediately and you can also buy physical voucher in our optical stores at Živnostenská and Pradiareň. In Slovakia and neighbouring countries, shipping for orders over 105 euros is on us. We will deliver the package to you within 1-2 working days. See the Shipping section for more information.
