Unfortunately, sometimes that doesn’t work out. Whether you have accidentally ordered the wrong color, the frame you got doesn’t sit well on your nose or you have found a fault on your favourite glasses after some time, we are here for you. You will find out everything you need about canceling, returns, or complaints in this section.
CANCEL - Did you make a wrong order?
Did you want aviator sunglasses instead of square frames? Did you accidentally click on a different colour? Don’t worry. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +421 948 140 520 (Mon-Fri 9-17). We will return your money within 5 days to the account from which the payment was made.
If you have already received an order shipment email, your package is probably on it way to you. You can return unused goods within 30 days without justification. Just follow the return instructions.
RETURN - Wasn’t a good fit?
You can return unworn frames in the original packaging or other unused accessories within 30 days for any reason and without justification. Placed a filled out Return form in the original packaging with the goods or send it via email at email@example.com
Product in its original packaging can be returned free of charge through the DPD courier service. You can choose between pick-up points or personal pick-up. You need to order a return through courier service here.
We will return your money within 5 days of receiving the goods to the account from which the payment was made.
COMPLAINT- Has the frame been damaged?
Don’t worry. Our glasses have standard 2-year warranty. If you find a fault on your frame after some time, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t forget to give us the order number, contact details (name, surname, phone number) and attach a photo of the faulty product. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
Warranty can’t be applied to products damaged due to negligence or mishandling.
Worn frames might stretch a bit or simply lose their original glow. Our frames have free lifelong service at our opticians. Just drop in anytime we are open and we’ll have a look.
