Alica and Maryll

Every city has its hidden alternative community. A place where whatever you love makes sense, and where you're not judged unless you judge others first.

In Trnava, that's Kubik nápadov – a multifunctional space for unusual concerts, revolutionary gatherings, and the occasional vegan dinner.

Alica found lifelong friends at Kubik. She organizes concerts, cooks, looks after the community library, and says she finds her calling, at least for a while, in all of it.

On top of that, she's part of RISKO, a collective of print craft enthusiasts. Using a special RISO printer, they produce graphics, books, badges, and limited-edition zines. Independent prints are Alica's favorite. She loves how easily you can get messy with them, and she appreciates their beautiful imperfections.

And when she's not at Nádvorie, she's screaming in a band. Uncontrollably, and as much as her lungs will allow.
