Small Frames, Big Adventures
Even our smallest customer deserves our full attention. Especially when they need to wear glasses but don't want to. At ZITA, we want to share the joy of choosing eyewear with your children too. That's why we recently expanded our frame collection to include our tiniest members. Discover modern and playful glasses that won't end up at the bottom of a school bag!

The function of glasses doesn't change with age, but the demands on them do. All our children's frames are specially designed for small heads full of big adventures. They stay put where they should, without pinching. At ZITA we cover three basic age categories – 0-2, 3-7, and 8+ years. Teenagers usually choose from smaller adult frames with us. Each category is tailored in shape to their needs. For babies and toddlers, we include safety elastic bands on the temples. For older children, we've thought about days spent on the playground and added sun clips to some prescription frames. All glasses are made from non-toxic and hypoallergenic materials like acetate or thermoplastic. Thermoplastic is light and flexible, making it ideal for the smallest faces.
Independent and European
Our children's selection is traditionally independent and predominantly European. We've added Kaleos to the collection – a brand beloved by opticians – which scaled down and adapted its bestselling models for children. Among others, you'll also find strong French representation with Bambinocle, French Retro, and Paname. Izipizi takes care of the sunny choices. The result is playful yet modern and satisfies even the more demanding young customer. Beyond frames, we also stock special children's aids like occluders.
We're Here to Help

At ZITA, we're happy to help your children choose frames and fit lenses, though we can't test their vision ourselves. By law, only an eye doctor can measure children's vision up to age 16. All you need to do is bring us a prescription no older than six months and we'll take care of the rest. Book a frame fitting appointment for your children [here](link).
