Janka runs a hair salon, Janko is a media strategist. Both are passionate about their work, but they value time outside of it just as much. They love discovering and savoring countries through coffee, music, and design. That's exactly why the north draws them in – they've covered almost all of Scandinavia and Norway is next on the list. An interesting detail: when traveling, they often seek out locations from their favorite films.

Their recent trip to America fulfilled a childhood dream of Janka's. In Virginia, they visited the filming location of Dirty Dancing – that cult Hollywood classic that danced its way into the hearts of more than a few romantics. The lake where Baby and Johnny practiced that famous lift has since dried up, but Janka and Janko managed to find the original stone that supported the actors during the water scene. They both tested their balance on the bottom of that former Virginia lake, naturally.

"We fell in love with Gamine the moment we saw it. When they set their frames in front of us at the optician's, it was just a question of whether we'd walk out with two pairs. And that's exactly how it ended."
