Jean is an optician-artist. He's been in the eyewear world for quite some time, but he only started designing his own frames relatively recently. It took him two years to work through the initial phases of research, sketching, and testing before arriving at his first prototype. Today he has his own workshop in northern Italy where all the frames are made. He still designs and creates the first prototypes himself.

When details become an obsession

In his work, he combines art with traditional craft techniques, but also the pairing of colors and elegance. He's obsessed with tiny details that create unmistakable design. That's become the signature trait of this French brand. His personal motto – when details become an obsession.
